Terms and conditions of booking 

The person making the booking will be responsible for it, and must ensure that the following terms and conditions are fully understood by all members of their party. 
 
Guests fully accept these terms and conditions by booking Harry's Barn and paying their deposit.

The deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking, and this will secure the booking, and is not refundable. 

Balances must be paid at least 1 month before you go.

No more than the number of people stated at the time of booking can occupy Harry's Barn. 

Harry's Barn sleeps a MAXIMUM of 4 persons - 2 Adults and 2 Children ( due to the bunks being  2ft 6in and limited headroom on the top bunk.)

The owners reserve the right to refuse occupancy if the stated numbers at the time of booking are exceeded.

Guests will be asked to leave immediately if this is not adhered to.
 
The booking will then be deemed cancelled with full loss of deposit and balance.

If you have to cancel your booking then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can endeavour to re let Harry's Barn.

In the event of Harry's Barn being able to re let, then a refund will be made.

Any breakages or damage should be notified to the owners as soon as they happen.

We can then endeavour to replace such items before our next guests arrives.
(There’s an honesty box for guests use in the Barn)

Arrivals from 3:30 pm unless another time is agreed with the owners

Departures 10:30 am as we will have to prepare the Barn for our next guests.

Guests will be responsible for leaving Harry's Barn as clean and tidy as they find it.
 
Smoking is NOT allowed

Pets are allowed

The owners accept no liability/responsibility for any loss, damage or breakage to baggage or personal belongings however caused.  

The owners will not be liable for any accidents or injuries however caused

The owners will not be held responsible / liable for any loss or damage however caused to vehicles or their contents

We do not supply any child safety equipment.

Guests are welcome to bring their own.
